Welcome to AYSnayan.com (“AYSnayan,” “we,” “us,” “our”). We are an independent Neopreneur partner of App Your Serbisyo (AYS). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit our website or submit forms. Our role is to inform and connect you with AYS while respecting your privacy under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

1) Our Role and Purpose

AYSnayan.com primarily serves as an informational and referral portal about AYS opportunities for service providers, customers, business owners, and partners.

To expedite onboarding, we may also collect application documents through our secure forms and transfer them to AYS for verification and account activation.

For inquiries, we act as an independent referral portal.

For application documents, we act as AYS’s authorized data processor/collector and promptly transfer your files to AYS.

We do not process payments on this site and we do not store financial account data. We do not complete enrollments or payouts ourselves.

2) Information We Collect

A. Inquiry Stage (minimal, non-sensitive)

Contact Information (if provided): name, email, phone, address,location whereservices are to be rendered

Interest Information: SP / Neopreneur / customer / partner

Usage Data: IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, time on page, referring URLs (aggregated analytics)

B. Application Stage (documents you knowingly upload to complete an AYS application)

Valid Government ID (front and back)

Certificates / Proof of Competency (e.g., TESDA NC or equivalent)

NBI or Police Clearance (as required by service category)

Profile Photo (neutral background)

Other category-required documents (e.g., permits/licenses)

Optional payout details (bank or GCash) if you provide them during onboarding

Submission metadata (timestamps, device/browser, IP) for security and audit

If you prefer, you may submit documents directly to AYS via its official channels instead of AYSnayan.

We do not intentionally collect special/sensitive categories of personal data (e.g., health, religious, political beliefs) via this site.

3) How We Use Your Information

Understand Your Needs (Inquiry): identify the right AYS path and respond to your questions.

Process Applications (Documents): receive, organize, and securely transfer your uploaded documents to AYS for identity/credential verification, onboarding, account provisioning, and profile go-live.

Communicate: email/SMS/call you for clarifications, missing files, orientation scheduling, and status updates.

Improve & Secure: protect our systems, prevent fraud, and improve the site and onboarding flow using aggregated analytics.

3A) Who Has Access to Your Information

Access to your information and documents is strictly limited to:

Authorized AYSnayan personnel — designated onboarding and privacy team members who require access to process your inquiry/application (need-to-know basis).

Authorized AYS personnel — official AYS staff handling verification, account provisioning, and support.

Authorized affiliate partners involved in onboarding — only where necessary to validate credentials or complete activation (e.g., training/education partners like TESDA), and only under a written data-sharing or data-processing agreement.

Service providers (processors) — trusted vendors that host or operate systems for us/AYS (e.g., CRM, secure cloud storage, e-signature, ID verification, communications, analytics). They act only on our or AYS’s instructions and are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

We apply role-based access controls, least-privilege, and access logging. No other staff or third parties are given access.

4) How We Share Your Information

With App Your Serbisyo (AYS) – Primary: We securely transfer your inquiry details and any application documents you submit to authorized AYS personnel so AYS can verify your credentials and activate your account.

With Authorized Affiliate Partners & Processors (as needed): Only authorized affiliate partners directly involved in verification or onboarding (e.g., training/education partners) and service providers (processors) under written agreements. Each party receives only the minimum data necessary and must protect it under confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

With Advertising/Analytics Platforms: We may share limited usage data with platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and Google to measure campaign effectiveness and show relevant AYS content. These platforms process data under their own privacy policies—please review and manage your settings on those platforms.

Legal/Protection: We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect rights, privacy, safety, or property.

We do not sell your personal information.

5) Data Retention

Inquiry data is retained only as long as needed to respond and, where permitted, to inform you of relevant AYS updates—until you opt out.

Application documents submitted via AYSnayan are:

Transferred to AYS promptly for verification/onboarding; and

Retained by AYSnayan only for operational/audit purposes for up to three (3) years after completion of the relevant transaction, or a shorter period if not required by law/contract. After retention, we securely delete or anonymize these records.

Once your information is with AYS, AYS’s privacy policy and retention rules apply. Direct further requests to AYS.

6) Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our site and understand usage.

What: small files that remember preferences and support analytics.

Why: essential site functions and performance insights; in some cases to coordinate with ad platforms noted above.
