Welcome to AYSnayan.com (“AYSnayan,” “we,” “us,” “our”). We are an independent Neopreneur partner of App Your Serbisyo (AYS). By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

1) Website Purpose & Role

1.1 Informational & Referral Portal. AYSnayan.com introduces and educates visitors about AYS opportunities for Service Providers (SPs), Neopreneurs, business owners, customers, and partners.

1.2 No On-Site Transactions. We do not process payments or complete official enrollments/applications on this website. For official transactions, you will be redirected to AYS’s official platform or authorized channels.

1.3 Facilitative Role. Where you choose to apply using our forms, we help facilitate your routing to AYS.

2) Acceptance of Terms

By using AYSnayan.com, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years old; (b) have read and agree to these Terms; and (c) acknowledge that our Privacy Policy (separate document) governs how information is handled.

3) Contact & Submissions

3.1 Initial Intake (Inquiry). Our forms may collect Full Name, Email, Phone/Mobile, Address, Location (service coverage), Service to be Rendered, and your interest type (SP/Neopreneur/customer/partner) to assess your needs and route you correctly.

3.2 Submission Through AYSnayan (Processing & Consent).

By submitting any application or documents via AYSnayan.com, you give AYSnayan authority to collect, store, and securely transfer your information and documents to App Your Serbisyo (AYS) and its authorized channels solely for identity/credential verification, onboarding, account activation, compliance, payouts, and support, as described in our Privacy Policy. Access is strictly limited to authorized representatives on a need-to-know basis. If you do not want AYSnayan to handle your application materials, do not submit them on this site.

3.3 Submit Directly to AYS (Alternative).

If you prefer to have your application processed directly by AYS without AYSnayan handling your documents, please apply via AYS’s official channels at ays.ph. Using AYSnayan.com forms means you agree to the processing described in 3.2 and our Privacy Policy.

4) Payment Disclaimer

AYSnayan.com does not collect or process payments. If payment is required for any AYS service, you will be redirected to AYS’s official payment channels.

5) User Conduct

You agree not to: (a) harass, threaten, defame, or violate others’ rights; (b) impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation; (c) engage in unlawful or fraudulent activity; (d) introduce malware/viruses/harmful code; (e) disrupt the website, servers, or networks; (f) attempt unauthorized access, scraping, or data mining.

6) Third-Party Links & Platforms

The site may link to AYS’s official platform and other third-party sites (including advertising/analytics platforms). We are not responsible for their content, terms, or policies. Review their terms and privacy notices when leaving our site.
