Question 1:Ano ang App Your Serbisyo (AYS)?

AYS is a mobile app designed to connect people who need services with those who provide them.

If you're a skilled worker, you can become a service provider on the app. This allows clients to easily discover, book, and pay you for your services. It's like having your own online storefront for your skills.

Question 2: Kailangan ko ba ng shop para makasali?

Hindi. Puwede kang sumali kahit freelancer ka lang. Kahit sa bahay ka lang o on-call — welcome ka dito!

Question 3: May bayad ba para sumali?

Activation fees for the AYS app are:

PHP 1,000 for businesses.

PHP 500 for individuals.

You may be able to get a discounted or free activation. Talk to the person who introduced you to the app to find out about any current promotions.

Question 4: Magkano ang komisyon na kukunin ng AYS?

Ang pangunahing kita ng AYS ay galing sa maliit na porsyento na kinukuha sa bawat successful na booking. Sa bawat bayad ng customer, 80% ay mapupunta sa service provider, 10% sa AYS, at 10% naman sa neopreneur.

Question 5: Paano ako makakakuha ng booking?

Makikita ka ng mga customer sa app, pipiliin nila ang service mo, at magse-set sila ng appointment. May notification ka agad — diretso sa dashboard mo!

Question 6:Paano ako babayaran ng customer?

Ikaw ang pipili:

Question 7:Paano ko mamanage ang schedule ko?

May sarili kang dashboard sa app kung saan makikita mo lahat ng bookings mo. May reminders din para hindi mo makalimutan ang appointments mo.

Question 8: Kailangan ko ba ng tech skills?

Hindi, simple at user-friendly ang app. Para lang siyang regular na chat at calendar sa phone mo. May team pa na tutulong kung kailangan mo ng guide.

Question 10: Paano ako magre-register?

Madali lang: Sagutan ang form sa taas. After the details had been verified, may tatawag or magsesend ng message sa inyo. Bigyan ng 24-48 hours ang aming onboarding team para kayo ay mabalikan.

Question 11: Sino mag hahanap ng client pra sa mga service provider? Paano dadami ang bookings?

Ang AYS ay patuloy na naglulunsad ng mga marketing campaigns, awareness programs, at commercialization efforts para mas makilala ang ating brand. Mahalaga po na maintindihan natin na tulad ng ibang negosyo, kailangan nating i-build up ang ating reputasyon para tayo ang maging top choice ng customer. Kaya, dapat nating unahin ang pag-optimize ng ating profile at consistent na magbigay ng high-quality service para maganda ang ating customer ratings. Kapag nakita ng customer na mataas ang ratings mo, mas malaki ang chance na ma-book ka nila.

Para din po mas madli at mapabilis ang pagkaroon natin ng booking, maaari nating ishare ang ating booking links sa ating social media gaya ng fb profile nyo, facebook groups, facebook messenger, tiktok. Pwede din po tayong kumuha ng referral from our family and friends.

Question 13. Paano kung humingi ng receipt ang customer?

Receipt will be automatically sent to your email after each booking transactions and you can share this to the customer

Question 14: Who is liable pag nagkaron ng back job?

Service provider is responsible for the backjob, pero kung serious damage the company will make an investigation and we have legal department to take care of it.

Question 15: Anong company support kapag nagjoin.?

Training and Commercialization. The company has team leaders to assist strategically in approaching the market.
